Fumi Kodama is the childhood best friend of Usagi and leader of the Sailor Quartet. She resides in Crystal Tokyo with the other girls with their main job being protecting Usagi.

Fumi is a very sweet girl who is somewhat immature and is quick to act before thinking things through. She's also a fair bit book-smart and used to have the 2nd highest grades out of all her sisters when they were in high school. Despite being book-smart, her street-smarts are lacking. Fumi is known to run head first into conflict without thinking of how her actions would have consequences afterwards. Her mouth is a bit reckless sometimes so Chieri and Katsumi spent their high school days dragging her away from causing any big scenes before the hot-headed sister Izumi came to help instigate anything further.

Likes to study everyday so she wont forget what she was taught, doesn't use cellphone all that often, conscious of her posture and crosses legs when seated

Fumi is a young girl who stands straight at 5 feet 2 inch(158cm). Her pale blue hair is medium-length and is usually styled in a bun at the very top of her head. Her pale blue eyes are soft and expressive and her skin is pale with a natural flush.

Fumi's sense of style is very comfortable and very vintage with a preference for 1950's fashion. She loves to wear poodle skirts, polka-dot blouses and small heels.

As for accessories, she wears white gloves everywhere she goes. She keeps her makeup natural and light pink toned. She wears pearls and silver accessories and carries around small handbags with her transformation item inside as well as makeup.

The Inners : Mentors

Fumi gets along with Minako very well whenever she gets to see her. Outside of guardian training, Fumi loves Minako but during training, she wants to get as far away from her as possible or else Minako is going to run her into the ground.

Rei's presence in her life is moreso for disciplinary purposes. Whenever Fumi acted out in school or at home, she would be sent off to see Rei for a while to cool down and get a stern talking to.

Fumi is comfortable around Makoto and used to go to her shop in her teenhood to persuade her to sell some of her soaps; she never did.

Ami used to be her primary doctor growing up so Fumi sees her more as a kind doctor than anything else.

The Outers : Aqcuaintences

Michiru and Haruka are kind of like blips in Fumi's memory. Sometimes they were around and other times they were not. She has a positive impression of both of the older women with Michiru being her favorite because she would give her tips on how to dress.

Fumi would see Setsuna every once in a while whenever she would come to the palace to drop off her daughter for Chieri to watch or if she had a meeting with the King and Queen. Her quiet nature used to give Fumi goosebumps but now she is fine with Setsuna. Hotaru used to be her teacher in high school. Fumi never liked world history all that much so she would have to ask Hotaru for additional tutoring. Fumi likes Hotaru as a teacher and doesn't really know much else about her personal life outside of work.

Chieri Kodama: Fumi loves Chieri and appreciates how she keeps her in check most times.

Izumi Kodama: Izumi is her best friend. The two laugh and spend a lot of time together. Fumi enjoys disagreeing with her just to see her get mad.

Katsumi Kodama: Fumi playfully picks at Katsumi's quietness as a joke but if she goes too far then she'll make her a pretty handmade soap bar to apologize.

Fumi Kodama was the second quadruplet to emerge from their sphere thus she became the second oldest yet the most immature. Raised inside of a palace had its perks of giving her a life of luxury as well as a world-class education. Her favorite pastime as a child was pulling silly pranks on her sisters, Usagi and any passing servants. She wouldn't do anything physically harmful but the pranks would bother them enough for Fumi to get a lot of gratification from it.

As a tween, she leveled out in her pranking and grew interested in vintage things and crafty hobbies. She discovered her love for 1950's style clothing. She enjoyed dressing up in poodle skirts, polka dots and long gloves. By the time she was 15, she discovered soap making through social media and has been creating cute pieces every since. She made a little bit of money by selling some of them at school.

Fumi graduated high school with the 2nd out of her sisters and enrolled into a local university majoring in sociology.

Guardian Uniform: Sailor Pallas wears a white leotard underneath a pale blue skirt, a matching stripeless sailor collar and choker. The bow on her chest is deep blue decorated with a pale blue star brooch and her back bow is also pale blue. Her white gloves are elbow length with light blue accents. Her knee-length boots are also white with a deep blue stripe. Her tiara is golden with a blue inset gem. As for accessories, she wears a pair of silver earrings that resemble spears.

Awakening: Fumi, at age 16, was the second quadruplet to transform, just a few hours after her eldest sister Chieri. In the early hours of the night, Fumi passed out on her bed the second she finished studying for her 2nd year high school finals. Normally Fumi never dream of anything when she's asleep. She simply closes her eyes and wake up the next morning in a flash but that night was different. In the haze of her mind, she saw herself on top of an tower-like structure standing with someone. It took her a few seconds to realize she was seeing Chieri standing next to her in the fog however both of them were wearing Sailor Guardian uniforms. The two girls' images wavered and warped oddly and they disappeared as quick as they came. Fumi opened her eyes to find it morningtime. Her books, pencil case and phone were still neatly spread on her desk next to her. Everything was as she left it. Except for the new ring on her finger. It was silver and dainty like Chieri's, only her pearl was an iridescent-pale blue color and on the other side of the incomplete circle was an arrowhead design pointing towards the gem. That morning Fumi officially became Sailor Pallas.

- Extending her hands, Pallas can create a violent gust of wind that could cut the enemy's skin and blow them away.

- Takes off the spear on her earring, enlarges it and strikes the air to create a cloudy fog to obscure the enemy's vision. Then from the fog, she strikes them with her spear.
